2012 Posture Seminar with Laura Holmes Sensei

Laura Holmes, 4th dan, taught a recent mini-seminar which focused on posture, which is the March practice theme for Aikido Shugyo Dojo. She led us through a series of tai sabaki practices and waza to help us become more aware of how we hold our bodies and how paying attention to body alignment can create more ease and freedom as we train. In the mini-seminar Laura demonstrated how awareness of posture benefits the Aikidoist whether he/she is in the role of uke or nage.
