Autumn reflections
Although it is the end of September, the leaves are still green, taking their time to shift into
fall colours. My knee is also taking its time to heal. I didn't anticipate so much frustration when
I started back teaching at the end of August...
In July, about 20 of us attended a seminar taught by Mary Heiny Sensei in Kingston. It was a
great seminar and a wonderful weekend in many different ways...
Throughout the summer, the Promotions Committee has been cooking up some ideas on ways to bring new
members into our dojo...

Correction In the Keener Award section of the last issue, Dariusz's last name was misspelled. The correct spelling should have been Macalka. Since then, however, Dariusz has legally changed his name to Darius Moris (no, this is not another typo; his new last name is, in fact, spelled with just one "R").
